I think I'm pretty good with choosing snacks with less ingredients. Dried fruit are my favs right now. But there is one evil snack, which is made of only three ingredients. I don't think I love it, I think I'm addicted. It's white bread. How does one replace that and not feel like given up on the joy of life?

Yes! White bread is a delicious, haha. Have you tried homemade sourdough bread? My wife started making it recently, I don't even miss other bread now.

I will say though if your health is okay, keep the joy in your life!

Homemade sourdough bread is heaven! Good point on health. White flour messes up with me slightly, but in moderation I'm fine. But you know addiction and moderation are not good friends :D

I apologize.🙏🏾

I'm trying to cut this phrase out of my vocabulary; 'just don't...'.

It's a terrible phrase.

No worries, I didn't find it terrible in this context. It's actually on point.

Anyway, huge thanks for the intention! That's so rare to see someone come back and say "I'm sorry, this should not have left my mouth/keyboard".

You're inspiring integrity!
